9X6 Pure Silicone is your original Stain Free lube made from a blend of medical grade silicone fluids only and does not contain unnecessary, harsh chemicals that other brands use as fillers. Those brands try to trick consumers into thinking vitamin E and Aloe should be used because it will make your skin smoother or healthier. Facts are you don’t need Vitamin E or aloe in those areas or in your body. They use chemicals that make synthetic vitamin E and aloe, however they cause medical reactions and skin irritation.

It is true and verified by many customers and skeptics worldwide. 9X6 Pure Silicone is a proprietary blend of pure, medical grade silicone fluids. We do not add unnecessary chemicals like other brands as fillers. Those chemicals are a cheaper option and when blended create a synthetic Vitamin E and Aloe. Including those ingredients mislead customers into believing it is good for them and their skin. Reality is those chemicals are what cause irritation, adverse reactions, and stain sheets. Those brands do not use pure, high grade Vitamin E and Aloe. They use chemicals. 

9X6 Pure Silicone is 100% stain-free, as confirmed by third-party testers and customer testimonials. If spilled, it will evaporate when allowed to air dry before washing. Do not dry it in the dryer or in direct sun light. Place it away from people and animals as contact with them will result in marks from paws, hands from dirt and other debris left on the fabric. It's crucial not to wash it before it dries, as the laundry detergents' chemicals can react with the silicone resulting in stains caused by those chemical. Once the fabric has dried completely you may wash the fabric as instructed on its label.
A separate study was done by an independent party. They wanted to find out what would happen if the fabric wasn’t dry before beginning the wash cycle.  They washed the garment separately. They found a small stain when the wash cycle completed. They proceeded to wash the garment again separately. When the wash cycle was completed the second time, there was no stain.

To ensure privacy during transit, all packages are sent discreetly from Product54 corporation, employing padded mailers, plain boxes, or, when applicable, USPS Priority Mail boxes or Flat Rate Padded envelopes.

Our shipping rates are calculated using the advanced e-commerce platform software, taking into account the nationally set rates of each courier we work with. For the majority of orders, we rely on USPS as our primary shipping partner. However, we also utilize FedEx Ground or Home Services, as well as UPS Ground, when necessary.

In cases where the rate paid by our customers significantly exceeds the amount charged by our shipping couriers during order processing, we believe in providing fair compensation. We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and may include additional products in the package to make up for any discrepancies.

Local stores can contact us directly to set up an account or have their distributors contact us to create a distributor account. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee also applies to our retail store locations. We work directly with retail stores on local events and promotions to drive traffic into the stores to increase their sales. We strive to provide you with the best possible service, but we acknowledge the challenges we face when working with the United States Postal Service (USPS) due to their inconsistent processes. Rest assured that we process your order promptly, typically on the same day. Once packaged for shipping, your order is placed in outgoing bins at our warehouse's dock for the designated courier.

For orders placed before noon on a weekday, they should reach the dock in time for the courier's pickup at 3 PM. Weekend orders are placed in the bins and picked up on the following business day (Monday) during the scheduled times.

Unfortunately, we have discovered instances where the courier fails to scan packages at the dock, indicating that the scanning takes place at the regional distribution center. Occasionally, packages may be delivered without any scans, displaying "label processed and ready for shipping" on the tracking information site.

To obtain the most accurate information regarding your package's status, we recommend contacting the courier directly and inquiring about the status shown in their system. Although we strive to keep the information synchronized between the courier sites and our e-commerce platform, there may be occasional discrepancies and delays in the updates.

Have a representative contact us with as much notice possible. We have a form to fill out and request the Letter of Determination for the beneficiary organization. We will send product for the event which can range from travel or sample bottles for attendees, gift baskets, bottles for raffle prizes or full baskets containing a variety of brands and product lines we offer.
